Contracts and Title manager

Meredith manages legal real estate diligence including land records, title policy negotiation, mineral ownership research, and contract review for Hexagon Energy. She partners with our internal team, title insurance companies, landman agents, counterparties and financing parties to ensure Hexagon Energy’s projects are sited on property that is de-risked and
properly insured.

She has over 15+ years of experience working in the real estate realm, ranging from property tax investigations for banks, financing diligence for state and federally funded affordable housing, and title and contract management for telecommunication structures and solar energy facilities.
While considered by some to be a dry and tedious subject, Meredith genuinely enjoys chatting about title. Her expertise in and enthusiasm for her line of work results in an organized development and closing experience for Hexagon Energy and its partners.

Meredith resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has a B.A. in International Studies and Russian from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
