Senior Project Manager

Jaime Johnson, PG, ASP, is a Senior Project Manager at Hexagon Energy, specializing in geothermal energy. 

Before joining Hexagon, Jaime served as the Operational Excellence Manager at Urban Grid Solar Projects, where she spearheaded the implementation of new change management frameworks and streamlined the end-to-end process for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of utility-scale solar projects. She also managed multi-project portfolios as special projects for MISO and drafted several successful proposals in response to the TVA Power Generation RFP. In her previous role at First Energy, Inc., Jaime ensured critical compliance with NERC and FERC standards and procedures for transmission operations. She also has extensive experience in site development, permitting, and regulatory compliance across both upstream and midstream natural gas development in Appalachia. In her early career, Jaime was an Operations Geologist for EQT, the largest natural gas producer in Appalachia.

Jaime holds an M.S. in Geology from Eastern Kentucky University and a B.S. in Environmental Resources from Penn West University. Her technical expertise is reinforced by key professional certifications, including Associate Safety Professional (ASP) and Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) in Pennsylvania, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Facilitator, and a certification in technical procedure writing.
