DANIEL BULKA

Chief Commercial Officer

Daniel serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for Hexagon Energy. He is directly responsible for project M&A, and oversees organizational and market strategy, project finance, accounting and tax compliance, project governance, and the management of internal and external counsel.

Prior to joining Hexagon, Daniel led FP&A for Coronal Energy, where he supported executive-level strategic financial planning for the company's EPC, greenfield, and acquisition revenue channels, as well as its 300 MW operating portfolio. Prior to Coronal, Daniel lived in Heidelberg, Germany as an advisor to Solea Pinpoint Energy Gmbh, a German solar energy joint venture focused on developing turnkey utility-scale projects in southern India. Before solar, Daniel was the fund manager for 15 active real estate funds and co-investment vehicles with collective investor commitments of over $7 billion at The Carlyle Group.

Daniel holds a BA in both Finance and Accounting from James Madison University, an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and an ALM in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
