Cary Lindsey

Geothermal Development Manager

Cary serves as Geothermal Development Manager, supporting the evaluation and development of geothermal projects at Hexagon Energy, working with technical teams, landowners, agencies, and other stakeholders to advance projects from exploration through development.

Prior to joining Hexagon, Cary was with the Great Basin Center for Geothermal Energy at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she led and contributed to multidisciplinary, DOE-funded geothermal research and exploration projects. She previously worked with the U.S. Geological Survey’s geothermal research team, contributing to geothermal resource assessments and exploration studies. Her experience spans geothermal exploration, resource assessment, and development.

Cary holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Idaho, a B.S. in Geology from Mississippi State University.
