Ashley Fitch is a financial leader with over 25 years of experience in driving financial excellence across various industries. She serves as the Controller for Hexagon Energy, where she oversees the financial accounting operations,ensuring accuracy and timelines in financial reporting, while managing treasury functions, compliance, and internal controls.

Prior to joining Hexagon Energy, Ashley was the Controller at Blue Ridge Farmers Cooperative, an agricultural cooperative where she successfully transitioned fiscal management in-house after over 85 years of outsourcing.

Ashley’s career includes key roles at international companies such as PunchOut2Go and CFA Institute. As the Controller at PunchOut2Go, a SaaS company, she streamlined financial processes and supported the company’s rapid growth. During her tenure at CFA Institute, she managed the accounting for three Asian subsidiaries, ensuring financial oversight in a complex international environment.

Additionally, Ashley led the accounting department for Partners Financial Federal Credit Union, where she guided the organization through multiple mergers and worked as a Financial Analyst for the University of Virginia Alumni Association.

Ashley is a CPA with a BS from James Madison University, an MBA from Cameron University, and certifications in COSO Internal Controls from the AICPA and Investment Foundations from CFA Institute. She is committed to leveraging her extensive experience to drive financial growth and innovation at Hexagon Energy.
