Meghan O’Malley
People Operations Manager
Meghan serves as People Operations Manager at Hexagon Energy, overseeing a broad portfolio that includes recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, internal communications, and more. As Hexagon grows across solar, battery storage, and geothermal development, Meghan plays a central role in evaluating and implementing the company-wide processes and policies that support that growth.
Prior to joining Hexagon in 2021, Meghan spent 8 years volunteering with the American Cancer Society, directing high school and collegiate Relay For Life events across Virginia. The events she managed raised over $1.8 million for cancer research and patient programs, including one of the largest collegiate Relay For Life events nationwide.
Meghan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. During her undergraduate studies, she was awarded the Pamplin College of Business Act of Leadership award in 2021.
