Meghan O’Malley
Operations Manager
Meghan serves as Operations Manager for Hexagon Energy, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes benefits administration, compliance, office operations, and employee experience. She works to create seamless systems and policies that support both day-to-day functionality and company culture, ensuring Hexagon runs smoothly for every team member. She plays a pivotal role in evaluating and implementing company-wide processes that drive efficiency and support Hexagon's growth in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Hexagon in 2021, Meghan spent 8 years volunteering with the American Cancer Society, directing high school and collegiate Relay For Life events across Virginia. The events she managed raised over $1.8 million for cancer research and patient programs, including one of the largest collegiate Relay For Life events nationwide.
Meghan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Hospitality Tourism Management. During her undergraduate studies, she was awarded the Pamplin College of Business Act of Leadership award in 2021.
