Jeff Sargent

Project Developer

Jeff serves as a Project Developer for Hexagon Energy. He is responsible for the development and management of utility-scale projects, including market analysis, site identification, community and landowner outreach, property leases, early feasibility studies, permitting and interconnection.

Prior to joining Hexagon, Jeff had experience interning with a small engineering firm focused on repowering diesel trucks and buses into clean and reliable electric vehicles. During that time, Jeff was studying as a full-time student at Lafayette College, a small liberal arts college in Easton, Pennsylvania. At Lafayette, Jeff worked with the college’s Office of Sustainability, where he created programs, led presentations, and hosted events promoting sustainable initiatives and furthering the college’s pledge toward carbon neutrality.

Jeff holds a B.A. in Engineering Studies as well as a minor in Environmental Studies from Lafayette College.
