Ester Rekhelman

Project Developer

Ester Rekhelman serves as a Project Developer for Hexagon Energy. She is responsible for market analysis, site identification, landowner and community outreach, lease negotiations, feasibility studies, permit applications, and interconnection agreements.

Prior to joining Hexagon Energy Ester worked as a barista at several local cafes in Charlottesville, including Cou Cou Rachou and the Wool Factory while also studying as a full time student at the University of Virginia.

Ester holds a B.A. in Global Studies: Environments and Sustainability as well as Russian Language and Eastern European Studies from the University of Virginia.
