Brian Pishko

Counsel

Brian serves as in-house Counsel for Hexagon Energy. He is responsible for all legal matters for the Company.

Prior to joining Hexagon, Brian served as Group Counsel at Viterra B.V., a global agricultural commodities company. Brian was responsible for corporate matters of the Viterra Group, including M&A, joint ventures, material commercial contracts, and financing. Previously, Brian worked at APM Terminals, part of the A.P.  Møller – Mærsk Group, responsible for commercial contracting and regional M&A. Brian began his legal career as a corporate attorney at Willcox & Savage, P.C. in Norfolk, VA.

Brian holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia.
