Michael Hibshman
Director of Strategy
Michael serves as the Director of Strategy for Hexagon Energy. In this role he is responsible for coordinating market analysis efforts, including policy, regulatory, and economic analyses, as well as helping to guide internal strategic decision making.
Prior to joining Hexagon, Michael served as Head of Product for a grid-edge energy management technology company, where he oversaw electrical, mechanical, and software product engineering efforts. Previously, Michael co-founded a post-industrial recycling optimization software company, and served as an Energy Markets Analyst at Coronal Energy (now Ørsted) where he was responsible for developing a nationwide avoided cost economic analysis to help inform new market entry decisions.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of William & Mary.
