Jim Brown

Accounting Manager

Jim serves as the Accounting Manager for Hexagon Energy. He is responsible for the books and records of the firm. His responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, interfacing with external auditors and tax professionals, and ongoing treasury management.

Jim brings to Hexagon Energy over 35 years of accounting, project finance, and corporate finance experience in the energy industry. Prior to Hexagon, he served in similar accounting and finance roles with three independent power project developers, leveraging a deep familiarity with financial structures and corporate finance.

Jim is a graduate of Georgetown University where he majored in Accounting. Upon graduation he joined a predecessor of the accounting firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd where he became a CPA. He earned his MBA from Texas A&M University.
