Eric Lord

Project developer

Eric works as Project Developer for Hexagon Energy. He is responsible for developing energy generation projects, including side identification, market analysis, feasibility studies, permitting, landowner and community outreach, property leases, and interconnection agreements.

Prior to joining Hexagon, Eric worked in horticulture as the Gardener of Native Plants at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where he strived to preserve and cultivate native flora of the natural lands. Before his time at Monticello, he organized pharmaceutical trials for PRA Health Sciences.

Eric holds a B.S. in Psychology as well as a double major in Philosophy from Virginia Tech.
